Rental information

C-Arm rental & staffing questions.

Straightforward answers to help plan your next equipment or staffing inquiry.

What equipment can I rent?

Our listed equipment includes full-size GE OEC C-arms, GE OEC and Orthoscan mini C-arms, operating room and pain management tables, ultrasound equipment, and lead protection. Confirm exact models and configurations with the team.

Can a rental include a radiologic technologist?

Yes. Request trained technologist support with your equipment and share the dates, hours, and facility credentialing requirements. Staffing availability must be confirmed for the booking.

How long can I rent the equipment?

Discuss short-term rentals for a procedure session or longer-term arrangements for your facility. The rental duration and any extension terms should be confirmed in your quote.

What is included in the price?

The original service offering includes delivery, setup, pickup, and routine servicing. Staffing is included when selected in the rental plan. Ask for a written quote confirming all inclusions and terms for your particular booking.

How quickly can equipment be delivered?

Delivery can often be arranged within 24–48 hours after the rental agreement is finalized, depending on location and availability. This is not a guaranteed delivery window. Call to confirm timing before scheduling around the rental.

Which Florida areas can I inquire about?

We coordinate Florida service inquiries from our West Palm Beach-based business. Coverage, equipment, travel, and staffing are confirmed for each location and date. Contact us early for North Florida and Panhandle requests.

Do you have offices in every service city?

No. City pages describe service inquiry areas, not branch offices. The P.O. Box in West Palm Beach is for mail correspondence only.

What information should I send?

Include business contact details, facility location, dates, rental duration, equipment needs, and whether you require staffing. Do not send patient records or identifying medical information.

Do you run cadaver training courses?

We provide imaging equipment and staffing support for medical and surgical training, including cadaver lab courses. The course organizer is responsible for the venue and clinical instruction.
