These terms govern use of the website operated by Mobile C-Arm & Staffing Services, Inc. (MCSS, we, us). By using the site, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. If acting for an organization, you are responsible for having authority to submit its information and requests.

Inquiries, quotes, and bookings

Submitting a form, receiving an automated acknowledgment, or viewing a listing does not reserve equipment, confirm staffing, establish a clinical relationship, or create a rental agreement. Availability, equipment configuration, delivery, personnel, dates, and pricing require direct confirmation by MCSS.

A separately agreed written quote, rental agreement, staffing agreement, or other service contract governs a confirmed transaction, including fees, payment, deposits, cancellations, extensions, delivery, equipment care, insurance, loss, and return requirements. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these website terms. This website does not create a cancellation fee, deposit requirement, or rental charge by itself.

Equipment and clinical responsibility

Equipment names, photos, and descriptions are for general planning and may be representative. Actual configuration, condition, accessories, and suitability must be confirmed for the specific unit and intended use. Qualified facility personnel remain responsible for clinical decisions, patient care, facility policies, credentials, regulatory requirements, and safe operation.

Website content is not medical, legal, radiation-safety, or regulatory advice. It does not replace manufacturer instructions, professional judgment, or required training.

Acceptable use and information you submit

Provide accurate contact information, keep requests relevant to legitimate business needs, and have permission to share information you submit. Do not submit patient information, passwords, payment-card details, confidential records, unlawful content, or materials that infringe another person's rights.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, disrupt the website, upload malicious software, impersonate others, misuse contact forms, or extract private contact or account data.
